FUELMiser Advanced MPX Technology

NEWLY ADVANCED SOLUTIONS USING FUELMiser's PROVEN TECHNOLOGY

FUELMiser's Advanced MPXsm Fuel Conditioning System is the most advanced and most effective fuel conditioning system available for late model and older vehicles. The heart of the MPX system is the patented FUELMiser® technology that has been documented for well over seven years through EPA recognized laboratory testing, Fortune 500 Companies, and municipalities to increase fuel economy by 10% to 16% in virtually any vehicle.

The FUELMiser MPX increases vehicle efficiency by providing a conditioning to the fuel through FUELMiser’s patented process, which causes the fuel to burn completely and produce a more efficient combustion. Most consumers will notice an improvement in performance immediately.

THE INHERENT PROBLEM WITH FUEL

From a scientific standpoint, the efficiency of combustion hydrocarbon based fuels is dependent upon the degree that the fuel molecules are exposed to and mixed with oxygen. The inherent composition of fuel, results in some of the fuel molecules being attracted to each other and forming clusters. The molecules on the inside of the cluster are not exposed to as much oxygen as the molecules on the outside of the cluster during the very rapid combustion process, which results in an incomplete burning of the molecules. The unburned molecules are expelled from the engine through the exhaust system and treated in the catalytic converter of the system. The oxidation catalyst reduces the unburned hydrocarbons (HC) and carbon monoxide (CO) by burning (oxidizing) them over a platinum and palladium catalyst. This catalyst aids the reaction of the CO and hydrocarbons with the remaining oxygen in the exhaust gas. Basically, we have a situation in which the vehicle is not burning all of the fuel or getting the full value of the fuel with respect to efficiency and performance.

FUELMiser's SPECIFIC FUEL CONDITIONING PRODUCES BETTER EFFICIENCY

The FUELMiser's Advanced MPXsm Fuel Conditioning System contains two dissimilar types of materials that have been specifically treated to apply a phased energy to the fuel which causes the molecules to separate from each other resulting in more molecules being exposed to and mixed with oxygen during the combustion process. This results in more molecules being burned, less unburned fuel being expelled into the exhaust, greater vehicle efficiency, and better fuel economy.

Better fuel economy means less Carbon Dioxide (CO2) Gas Emissions.

Each gallon of gasoline you burn creates 20 pounds of CO2.
The average vehicle emits 6.7 tons of CO2 each year.

Sources of CO2 Emissions for a Typical Household

How can a gallon of gasoline produce
20 pounds of carbon dioxide?

It seems impossible that a gallon of gasoline, which weighs about 6.3 pounds, could produce 20 pounds of carbon dioxide (CO2) when burned. However, most of the weight of the CO2 doesn't come from the gasoline itself, but the oxygen in the air.CO2

When gasoline burns, the carbon and hydrogen separate. The hydrogen combines with oxygen to form water (H2O), and carbon combines with oxygen to form carbon dioxide (CO2).

A carbon atom has a weight of 12, and each oxygen atom has a weight of 16, giving each single molecule of carbon dioxide (CO2) an atomic weight of 44 (12 from carbon and 32 from oxygen).

Therefore, to calculate the amount of carbon dioxide (CO2) produced from a gallon of gasoline, the weight of the carbon in the gasoline is multiplied by 44/12 or 3.7.

Since gasoline is about 87% carbon and 13% hydrogen by weight, the carbon in a gallon of gasoline weighs 5.5 pounds (6.3 lbs. x .87).

We can then multiply the weight of the carbon (5.5 pounds) by 3.7, which equals 20 pounds of carbon dioxide (CO2)!
